 We are looking for the models. If you like our works and if you want to take part in any of my projects please fill this Photosession request form.
For the models who want to work for the istockphoto or gattyimages, projects I would advice to fill in the model release before going to the photo session, load and print out the model release and fill in the model section.Should I be a professional model to take part in your projects? If you are a professional model I will willingly cooperate with you, but it is not a necessary requirement. Former experience is desirable but not obligatory. I have taken photos of professional models, amateur models, men, women, teenagers, pairs you can see it in my photo gallery. The most important is not to get afraid of the camera.
What is the age limit? There is no age limit for the models. The ones who are younger than 18 need a parents or a trustee agreement in the model release.
What is a typical photo session? We want you feel free and relaxed during the photo session. Sometimes they take place in the studio, sometimes outside and in other places. We usually have a clear idea what we want to realize with you. But we also welcome your ideas.
May I take my make-up specialist with me? Yes, of course. If you have any make-up specialist, hair-dresser or stylist. Inform beforehand, I will willingly cooperate.
What will I get from the photo session? Experience as well as photographs.
How long should I wait for the photos? I send them as soon as possible. It depends on how much work I have at that moment, usually it does not take longer than a month.
Where is your studio? Studio in Rezekne at the crossroads of Dzelzcelnieku and Rigas street in the two storied building of Ltd. "AutoSDL" . (Panorama view at Auto SDL building) How much will it cost me?
Photo session is for free. Photo agencies cash in for the work about 50-300 Ls. The only thing you have to do is to sign a model release. The model release is a document which allows me to sell photos with your face in them. You can get acquainted with the model release here. Here you can read the most important information from the model release: "I agree that I have no rights to the Images, and all rights to the Images
belong to the Photographer/Filmmaker and Assigns. I acknowledge
and agree that I have no further right to additional Consideration or
accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to
Photographer/Filmmaker and/or Assigns. I acknowledge and agree
that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this
release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual." If you don not want to sign the model release, but you still want a photo session we can agree about the price of 400$ and you will get the photos you like.
Where my photos can be used? Photos which are sold to the photo bank are used in magazines, newspapers, brochures, books, web pages etc.
Photo banks I cooperate with have strict rules where the photos can not be used. Here is the extract:
" For good and valuable Consideration herein acknowledged as
received, and by signing this release I hereby give the Photographer/
Filmmaker and Assigns my permission to license the Images and to
use the Images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or
defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion,
marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the
Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and
cropped, altered or modified. I acknowledge and agree that I have
consented to publication of my ethnicity(ies) as indicated below, but
understand that other ethnicities may be associated with Images of
me by the Photographer/Filmmaker and/or Assigns for descriptive
purposes." It takes long time ~3-12 months from the photo session to the realization that is why if you are interested in any of our projects apply duly and bring your ideas.
