Models want to cooperate with me have to sign a model release of photo banks istockphoto or gettyimages.
Before you go to photo test, you should copy, print out and fill in all the sections of the model release.
If you do not understand, don’t hesitate and ask, I will answer all your questions as soon as possible.
What is a model release?  Model release is a document without which no one can publish photos where your face is seen in photo banks. It is an authorization for using photographs. If you are under 18 parents or trustees permission is needed.
Model release is an official agreement between a model and a photographer about the use of the photos where a model is seen. By signing the model release the model understands that the photos can be commercially used all over the world.
Photographs can not be used in offensive ways or materials for the model or the photographer.
The regulations of the photo bank restrict the use of the photos in any invidious materials that is why such cases are practically not possible.
Many professional models sign such kind of releases, but for the models- beginners this document may appear doubtful. If you are asked to sign one, first of all read it and if any questions ask the photographer.

Here you can read the most important extract from the model release:"I agree that I have no rights to the Images, and all rights to the Images
belong to the Photographer/Filmmaker and Assigns. I acknowledge
and agree that I have no further right to additional Consideration or
accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to
Photographer/Filmmaker and/or Assigns. I acknowledge and agree
that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this
release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual." Photos which are sold in the photo banks are used in magazines, newspapers, brochures, books, web pages etc.
Photo banks I cooperate with have strict regulations where the photos can not be used. Here is the extract:
" For good and valuable Consideration herein acknowledged as
received, and by signing this release I hereby give the Photographer/
Filmmaker and Assigns my permission to license the Images and to
use the Images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or
defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion,
marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the
Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and
cropped, altered or modified. I acknowledge and agree that I have
consented to publication of my ethnicity(ies) as indicated below, but
understand that other ethnicities may be associated with Images of
me by the Photographer/Filmmaker and/or Assigns for descriptive
